基于IEEE 802.11a标准的解码器设计
Design of Decoder Based on IEEE 802.11a Standard
【摘要】 基于IEEE 802.11a标准,设计并实现了一个新的解码器方案。方案中采用了软判决解映射;提出了一种并行添零方法;设计了一种全并行的Viterbi译码器,采用矢量差的"1范数"代替欧氏距离作为软判决译码距离。可以保证译码器性能、明显提高译码速度,并有效降低硬件实现的复杂度。通过计算机仿真和硬件调试,验证了该解码器的良好性能。
【Abstract】 Based on the IEEE 802.11 a standard,a new scheme of decoder is designed and realized.In the scheme soft decision de-mapping is adopted and a parallel method is proposed to add zero.A completely parallel Viterbi decoder is designed in which 1_norm is adopted to replace Euclidean distance as soft decision distance.The performance of the decoder is satisfactory with an obvious improvement in the speed of data deco- ding a drastic reduction in hardware complexity,which is verified by computer simulation and hardware debug- ging.
