【摘要】 以浙江省金华市武义县城、浦江县城和磐安县城为例,构建其用地扩张影响的综合评价指标体系,得出了三个小城镇用地扩张社会经济和环境的综合影响值。小城镇用地扩张造成的负面影响主要包括:导致耕地数量的减少,不利于对农业的发展;失地农民的产生,增加了社会的就业压力。正面影响主要包括:促进区域经济发展;提高农民收入水平;提升城镇化水平;改善小城镇居民的住房条件。经济较发达地区较经济欠发达地区的小城镇,其用地扩张的绝对量和相对量都较大,对经济发展的贡献较大,但其产生的社会和环境负面影响也是较大的,其影响的综合评估值较小。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on a case study of the county seats of Wuyi,Pujiang and Panan of Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, this paper builds a comprehensive evaluation index system of land expansion of the three small towns and obtains the synthesizes influence values on society,economy and environment. The negative impact caused by land expansion concludes the decrease of the cultivated land and the emergence of the farmers who lose their land which increases the pressure of employment. The positive impact includes the improvement of the regional economic development and of the farmers′income,the promotion of urbanization and the improvement of the living condition of the residents. Compared with less developed areas of this country, the absolute and comparative amount of land expansion in developed areas as well as the contribution to economic growth of the small towns is bigger,so is the negative influence on society and environment, resulting in a small comprehensive value of impact.更多还原
