【Abstract】 Broadcasting data and user data multiplexer have become one of the key equipments worked in the digital television transfer system. It has become the key problem for the home digital television system to produce dedication multiplexer chips independently. This paper introduces the multi-program multiplexing theory based on pre-processing Transport Stream(TS),and provides a design scheme of multiplexer FIFO based on FPGA.
