基于LabVIEW的在线动态扭矩测试仪设计

【摘要】 针对目前扭矩测量中存在的问题,提出了一种在线动态扭矩测试仪设计方法。综述了动态扭矩测量仪的测量原理,由旋转轴两侧的信号盘测量出两截面的脉冲差,通过对脉冲差的计算,得到两截面的扭转角,进而实现扭矩的测量。测量中,采用虚拟仪器思想,基于LabVIEW测试平台,实现对动态扭矩的在线实时测试。此测试仪可以完成扭矩的实时测量及信号的分析、处理、在线监测等功能,并且减少了系统硬件设备,缩短了开发周期。校准实验显示,动态扭矩测试仪的测量精度达到0.5%。

【Abstract】 A new on-line dynamic torque test apparatus is developed based on the problems existing in the torque measurement. The paper introduces measurement principle of torque, which is realizing the measure according to the value of the torsion angle, which is produced by torque and is converted by computing the pulse difference of two section of the rotation shaft. Using virtual instrument technology and LabVIEW language, dynamic torque is on-line displayed in real-time. Using this device, the real-time measurement, analyze, process, on-line monitoring of the torque are implement. At the same time, equipments and the exploitation period are reduced, and the accuracy of the sensor is improved.
