船载稳定水平平台系统
Ship carried stable level platform system
【摘要】 本文提出了基于8051兼容单片机和各种微机电惯性传感器的船载稳定水平平台系统,并提出了整体设计方案,最终对整个系统进行了实现。本系统主要用于船载卫星跟踪天线的底座,以保持天线始终处于水平状态。系统采用了8051兼容单片机AT89S52单片机作为核心控制部件,利用惯导系统的原理,一方面频繁读取外部陀螺感器的结果,对平台进行实时控制。另一方面,定时(较长时间)读取一次倾角传感器的值,通过计算后,对稳定平台进行校正。平台的实际运动由单片机控制外部机械装置以达到对稳定水平平台进行修正,以保证其始终处于水平状态。该方法具有实现简单、成本低、精度高等优点。最后通过作为卫星跟踪天线底座,在某商船上进行了实验,基本达到所期望的结果。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces a kind of ship carried stable level platform system,which is based on 8051 compatible MCU and some other micro mechanical and electronic sensors,and the realization of the holistic project and the whole system is discussed.This system is mainly used as the base of ship carried satellite antenna to keep the base stable.MCU,as the core device in this system,using the principle of inertia navigation,on one hand,ceaselessly sampling the value of the peg-top sensors to adjust platform real time;on the other hand,sampling the value of the angle sensor(relative a long time)to revise stable platform,after computing and analyzing the data,MCU controls the mechanical device to move the platform.This new method has the advantage of being simple to achieve,with low cost and high precision.Finally it has been proved by the experiment on a merchant ship that as antenna base,the platform can work well and reach the excepted result.
