【摘要】 针对目前电力系统高压电能计量装置技术监督管理中存在的一些问题,本文介绍了一种计量装置远程校验与监测系统并已在益阳电厂安装应用。该系统可以在线监测计量装置二次回路的电力技术参数、电能表的精度、TV二次压降、TV和TA的二次负荷等,并结合网页数据库实现了数据的共享。这种新技术可以解决目前电能计量管理中的诸多不足,大大提高了计量管理的工作效率和技术水平,为电能计量管理带来了技术进步。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aiming at the problems in current technology control and management of high-voltage energy measurement device,this paper introduces a new technology of energy measuring devices remote calibrating and monitoring system and its application at Yiyang Power Plant.It can monitor the power parameters of the secondary circuits of energy measuring devices,and can test error of meters,TV secondary voltage drop and the secondary factual load of transformers.By web database,the users can share all the data.This technology can solve many problems of the traditional,and can greatly improve work efficiency and technological level in the management of energy measuring.The application of this technology will bring revolutionary changes in this field.更多还原
