冰堵位置检测中应变电桥的非线性问题研究
Research on nonlinear problems of strained bridge in detecting the ice barrier spot
【摘要】 在现场测量中温度变化大而剧烈,由于应变式传感器对温度有一定的敏感度,会使传感器的零点输出产生变化,使得输出值随现场环境温度变化,从而造成测量误差。电阻应变式传感器基于它的结构设计的随意性和适用性,在输油管线冰堵位置检测中取得了良好的应用,但是普通的应变式传感器不经改造是无法在现场测量中直接应用的。本文通过对环境温度的变化引起传感器零点漂移和灵敏度漂移,加上传感器本身所存在的非线性问题,以及现场所受其他干扰等问题进行研究,提供设计和应用传感器应变电桥的方法,使测量精度满足现场应力测量的需要。
【Abstract】 The temperature changes greatly and acutely in the wild when we are carrying through spot measurement.Due to strain sensor is sensitive to temperature,it will make the sensor’s zero output bring change and make the output value change with the local temperature’s variety,which leads to error measurement.Resistance strained sensor base on its randomness and applicability in constructional design,it applies well in detecting spot in ice barrier of oil pipeline,but common strained sensor cannot be directly used in locale detection unless it was reconstructed.Based on research of the change of temperature cause zero excursion and sensitivity excursion of sensor,in addition to the sensor has nonlinear problem in itself,as well as studying the problems caused by the sensor which is subject to other disturbance,then this article provides the method to design and apply strained bridge of sensor,making the precision of measurement meets the need of stress measurement.
