金属氧化物电极材料赝电容特性研究

【摘要】 采用电沉积法制备了RuO2,常温化学氧化法制备了MnO2。循环伏安和恒电流充放电实验表明:RuO2比MnO2具有更高的电化学可逆性,展现更多的赝电容特性,而MnO2的赝电容性则不明显。这主要归于RuO2良好的准金属传导性和充放电过程中包含多电对、快速、连续、可逆的法拉第反应。XRD分析表明,RuO2和MnO2均为无定形结构,XPS分析显示,RuO2是多氧化态钌的混合羟基氧化物。

【Abstract】 Ruthenium oxide and manganese dioxide were prepared via electrodeposition and chemical oxidation.The electrochemical tests of cyclic voltammetry(CV) and charged-discharged at constant current show that ruthenium oxide exhibits higher electrochemical reversibility and pseudocapacitance characteristics than manganese dioxide,which is due to its excellent quasi-metallic conductivity and a fast,successive and reversible faradaic reactions occurring on the surface of ruthenium oxide.XRD exhibit that both ruthenium oxide and manganese dioxides are amorphous structure.XPS measurement indicates that the ruthenium oxide consists of mixed oxyruthenium species with various oxidation states.
