【摘要】 在构建统一的城乡统筹指标体系基础上,分析了江苏全省13个地级市域自1990年以来城乡统筹的空间演变动态。经分析表明:(1)城乡统筹的演变具有阶段性,全省在整个20世纪90年代呈现下降走势,但新世纪有所改善。(2)城乡统筹空间演变具有明显的区域性,全省13个地级市域的城乡统筹度呈现一直上升、一直下降与起伏变化3种类型。(3)全省整体的城乡统筹空间布局从"L"型过渡到反"L"型,并逐步演化为当前的"哑铃"型空间格局。(4)区域政府的发展政策、大城市的辐射带动、乡村内部经济的不断增长、外来投资的地区倾向以及城乡基础设施的建设愈益成为区域城乡统筹空间变动的因子。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper devises evaluating indexes with the Analalytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and educes the spatial distributing structure after 1990 year by SPSS7.0.Some conclusion is drawn.(1)The development of planning overall cities and countrysides has a stage feature.The degree of the development decreases from 1990s till the new century.(2)The change of planning overall cities and countrysides also has a regional feature.All regional change has three different types,including rising,descending and fluctuating change.(3)Under the consistent index of planning overall cities and countrysides in Jiangsu Province and with the comparison of its spatial structure in recent 10 years,the spatial structure changes from transmeridional belt to longitudinal belt.All these structures are determined by some internal mechanism.(4)The government’s policy,the large city’s influence,the countryside’s economic development,the foreign capital’s impact and etc.are all the influencing factors.更多还原
