【Abstract】 As the running system of electric market is being established and improved step by step,electric enterprises focus not only on the production and management in a traditional way but also on capital running.As a result,the restructure of internal capital should be emphasized so as to improve the resources allocation.Meanwhile,the running of external capital should be enhanced,i.e,electric capital should expand effectively by the change of joint stock system,listing,restructuring and incorporation to promote the development of electric enterprises.更多还原
