【Abstract】 Suppression subtractive hybridization(SSH)is a technique of high efficiency for isolation differential expression gene at transcriptional leve1,which is based on the suppression PCR and subtractive hybridization.Because of its characteristics of high efficiency,stability and reliability,SSH is widely used to study on resisting disease and resisting stress,target gene for medication.The methodology of SSH and its improvement,application on animal genes were reviewed.更多还原
