【Abstract】 A number of factors including bacterial strains,transformation solutions,freezing duration and storage duration were evaluated for their effects on transformation ability of competent Escherichia coli cells.The different effects of the transformative condition which included bacterial strains,CaCl2 concentration,of the competent cell status,of the various transformative time and of the incubative time on the transformative plasmid were investigated.The host cell was Escherichia coli DH5α and JM109.The results showed that effects of different transformation solutions and the competent cell status on the transformative frequency were obvious,but the effects of the transformative time,freezing duration and incubative time after transformation were not significant.更多还原
