【摘要】 为验证“乳源康”对奶牛乳房炎的疗效,以青、链霉素为对照药,乳房灌注给药,在奶牛场试用3年,“乳源康”治疗组共收治各类型临床乳房炎病牛1638头次,2203个乳区,治愈率为93.3%,总有效率为96.7%,平均疗程4.5d。青、链霉素对照组共收治各类型临床乳房炎病牛276头次,359个乳区,治愈率为56.3%,总有效率为77.4%,平均疗程12d;用“乳源康”治疗隐性乳房炎4031例,用药1次~2次临床治愈率为100%;通过对56个患病乳区“乳源康”用药前后的细菌削减状况的检查,细菌转阴率为71.74%。因此,用“乳源康”治疗奶牛乳房炎安全、高效。更多还原

【Abstract】 "Ruyuankang" is a new type herbal injection.It is extracted from herbal effective parts,the(preparation) was used by udder perfusion to treat cow mastitis.The effect was evaluated for 3 years,and penicill in and streptomycin were used as controls.The results showed that the cure rate was 93.3%,the efficient rate was 96.7%,and the average treatment duration was 4.5 d in total 1 638 clinical cases and(2 203) mammary regions in "Ruyankang" group.In contrast,the cure rate was 56.3%,the efficient rate was 77.4%,and the average treatment duration was 12 d in total 276 cases and 359 mammary regions in control group."Ruyankang" was used to treat 4031 cases of subclinical mastitis,the cure rate reached 100% after 1-2 administration.The bacterial status was checked in milk of 46 bacterial infected mammary regions before and after treatment with "Ruyankang",the negative rate of bacteria was high as 71.74% afer administration.Therefore,"Ruyankang" can be used to(treatdairy) cow mastitis safely and efficiently.更多还原
