PAN基凝胶聚合物电解质MnO2电容器

【摘要】 采用沉淀法制备了MnO2超级电容器电极材料,以MnO2为正极材料,活性炭(AC)为负极材料,丙烯腈作聚合物单体,碳酸二甲酯(DMC)与碳酸乙烯酯(EC)的混合液作增塑剂,高氯酸锂支持电解质,采用内聚合法制备聚丙烯腈(PAN)基凝胶聚合物电解质MnO2/AC混合电容器。通过循环伏安、交流阻抗、恒流充放电等测试方法对混合电容器的电化学性能进行了测试。结果表明,随着丙烯腈含量的降低,凝胶聚合物电解质的电导率增大,电容器的比容量也随之增大,当丙烯腈的含量为10%时,室温电导率可达8.92mS/cm,比容量为37.18F/g。

【Abstract】 MnO2 was synthesized by precipitation method, polyacrylonitrile(PAN) based gel polymer electrolytes MnO2/AC hybrid capacitors were fabricated by an in situ polymerization method with MnO2 as positive electrode and activated carbon as negative electrode.A mixture of dimethyl carbonate(DMC) and ethylene carbonate(EC) was used as plasticizer. Lithium perchlorate was used as supporting electrolyte. Hybrid capacitor properties were conformed by experiments of cyclic voltammetry, impedance spectrum, constant current charge-discharge. The results show that the conductivity of gel polymer electrolyte and the capacitance of capacitor are increasing with the decrease of content of acrylonitrile. When the content of acrylonitrile is 10%, the conductivity of the gel polymer electrolyte can reach 8.92 mS/cm, the capacitance is 37.18 F/g.
