新锆合金热轧工艺的研究
Research on hot rolling process for new zirconium alloy
【摘要】 对锆合金的热轧工艺进行了研究,采用包覆外套隔氧保护以及多道次、小压下率对合金进行热轧。对3组试样分别采用铜皮包覆,钢套普通焊合包裹,钢套真空电子束焊合包裹等隔氧保护措施,并对轧制后试样的表面氧化状况以及显微组织进行了比较和分析。研究结果表明,只要选用合适的工艺条件,就可以成功防止锆合金在热轧过程中的氧化问题,并且可将锆合金顺利轧薄至1.0 mm左右的板材;热轧后型材显微组织均匀、结构致密,无任何裂纹以及开裂现象,轧制质量好,热轧成材率高。
【Abstract】 The hot rolling process for Zr-alloys was investigated.Cladding outer cover oxygen partition protection,multi working passes and lower rolling rate were used to roll the alloys.Three different ways including copper cover,seam of steel bushing,vacuum seam of steel bushing were respectively applied to three groups of alloys to avoid Zr-alloy’s oxidation.Microstructure and mechanical properties after hot rolling were compared and analyzed.The results show that choosing appropriate process technique can successfully avoid oxidation and the alloy’s thickness can get to 1.0 mm.After hot rolling,the Zr-alloys exhibit fine and uniform microstructure and good mechanical properties.
