大型筒体锻件的成形制造技术

【摘要】 大型筒体锻件是核电、石化等能源装备的关键零件,提高其成形制造技术水平是我国重大技术装备实现国产化的关键。简要介绍了大型筒体锻件在核电、石化等能源领域的应用。较为详细地叙述了对大型筒体锻件的性能要求及其材料的研究现状。阐述了大型筒体锻件成形制造技术的发展状况。认为大型化、细观化是目前大型筒体锻件发展的主要趋势,提高钢锭浇铸质量和改善钢锭构形是提高大型筒体锻件质量的根本,而有效实施控制锻造、优化产品内部晶粒结构则是提高大型筒体锻件质量的关键因素。

【Abstract】 The heavy cylinder forgings are key parts in the energy industry,such as nuclear power and petrochemical.Its manufacturing technology is crucial to the domesticalization of fundamental equipment in China.The main application fields and importance of heavy cylinder forgings were introduced and the performance requirements and the characteristics of materials used were discussed.The development of its manufacturing technology was studied,which showed the large and micro to be the main trend in the field of heavy cylinder forgings.The conclusion is that the most essential factor to improve the quality of heavy cylinder forgings is casting and the form of the die,while,the implementation of controlling forging with the order of refining the inner grain structure is the key factor.
