【摘要】 充分开发实验设备功能,提高设备利用率,已成为高校实验室管理体制改革需攻坚解决的关键问题,开放式实验教学也因此被提上了日程。开放式实验教学有助于培养学生的科技创新精神、提高教师素质、提高实验教学质量,充分发挥实验中心功能。在师资、经费有保障的基础上,应强化师生的观念更新,使开放式实验教学得以真正实现。此外,开放式实验教学应实施有针对性的层级管理,实现实验资源的最优化配置。更多还原

【Abstract】 Full development of the functions of experimental equipments and the raising of utilization rate have been the key problem in the reform of the lab management in universities.Open experimental teaching is also in the schedule.Open experimental teaching is benefitial to the development of students’ creation,improvement of the teachers’ quality and the quality of classes,and the realization of experiment-centered function.On the basis of qualified teachers and financial input,the concept of the teachers and students should be updated in order to realize the open experimental teaching.Besides,hierarchical management should be used to realize the optimization of experimental resources.更多还原
