【Abstract】 To protect laborer’s legal benefits and to establish steady and harmonized labor relationship are important contents of harmonized community.Currently,the short-terming of labor contracts has become a popular social problem and attracts great concern.Around the short-terming of labor contract problem,this paper,on the basis of analysis of its negative influence and reasons,provides some legal counter-measures,giving some useful suggestions to harmonized development of labor relationship.更多还原
