【摘要】 目的通过在宁夏鼠疫疫源地,应用中国CDC建立的新技术抗原检测胶体金试纸条、酶联免疫检测技术,与细菌培养、反向血凝技术监测鼠疫的效果比较,研究出适合宁夏鼠疫监测快速、敏感、特异、稳定的检测方法。方法应用四种方法对相同的鼠脏器标本同时检验,进行统计分析及检验效果比较。结果四种方法的检出率没有差别。结论新技术方法快速、简便、敏感、安全,适宜基层及野外鼠疫监测应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Seek a fast, sensitive, special, steady method that is most suitable for Ningxia, as well as provide the basic information for establishing new test methodology and diagnostic criteria in china through application of gold labeling, ELISA method which China Center for Disease Control and prevention establish compared germiculture, hemagglutination technology. Method Four kind of technologies were applied to the same samples of rat viscera, then use statistics analyse and compare. Result There is no difference in detection rate of four kind of technologies. Conclusion As new test technology is fast, handy, sensitive, safe, it is easy to operate in grass roots and field.更多还原
