【摘要】 文章运用邓小平“两手抓”的哲学思想,分析图书馆的有关情况,认为应辩证地看待“读者第一”与“馆员第一”的问题;并进一步说明不分主次的“两点论”也不符合辩证法,要坚持以读者为中心,但是馆员的劳动报酬要能充分反映服务水平;还提出要全盘否定“馆员第一”,但注意事物发展的阶段性,馆员问题可以是第一位的工作;最后提到,“两手抓”思想可以用来处理藏与用、“硬件”与“软件”、有偿服务与无偿服务等图书馆建设中一系列重大关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 The article makes analysis of related affairs by applying Teng Xiao-ping’s philosophic thought of "doing two types of work at the same time",and holds that we should look dialectically at "readers first" and "librarians first".The author of this article makes a further explanation of "the doctrine that everything has two aspects" without differentiating what is primary from what is secondary does not tally with dialectics.On the basis of adhering to the principle of "readers first",the rewords of the librarians should reflect the service levels of the librarians.The stages of development should be paid attention to in completely negating the principle of "librarians first",because sometimes solution to the librarians’ problems should take the first place.The author also believes that the principle of "doing two types of work at the same time and attaching equal importance to both" can also be applied in series issues in the construction of libraries,such as,book-storage and book utilization,hardware and software,service paid and service without pay.更多还原
