Mg-Cu-B熔体中MgB2超导化合物的析出
PRECIPITATION OF MgB2 SUPERCONDUCTOR FROM Mg-Cu-B FLUX
【摘要】 为了解决MgB2单晶制备过程中存在的镁的蒸气压问题和镁的氧化问题,克服传统制备方法中对实验条件要求高,操作过程繁琐的缺点,本文采用高频感应熔炼技术,通过选取两种共晶成分的Mg-Cu和Cu-B合金,成功熔配成Mg25Cu65B10的三元合金.分析结果表明,熔配合金组织中有~40μm的MgB2相从合金熔体中直接析出,结合热力学分析对MgB2的析出机理进行讨论.
【Abstract】 In order to solve the problems of vapor pressure and oxidation of Mg, and overcome disadvantages of high requirement of experimental conditions and fussy operation process in traditional single crystal MgB2 preparation method, a new method of using two kinds of eutectic Mg-Cu and Cu-B alloys to synthesize ternary Mg25Cu65B10 alloy by induction melting technology was present in this work. The results showed that MgB2 phase with a maximum dimension about 40 μm precipitated from Mg-Cu-B flux directly and the precipitation mechanisms were explored with thermodynamic analysis.
