半导体制冷在新型环路热管的应用计算
APPLIED CALCULATION OF PELTIER COOLER IN ONE NEW LHP
【摘要】 本文介绍了一种新型的主动式环路热管(ALHP).该环路热管系统采用泵代替了传统的毛细力驱动,通过控制储液罐的温度调节整个系统的压力.系统的压力决定了工作于气液两相区的蒸发器的工作温度.储液罐温度控制采用半导体冷却装置.为了使半导体冷却器能够更好的工作,文章提出了两种半导体冷却器的布置方式并对两种方案制冷能力进行比较,最后综合考虑各个因素提出了优选方案.
【Abstract】 A new style active loop heat pipe is introduced in this paper, which uses pump to drive instead of capillary force. The pressure of system is changed through controlling the temperature of accumulator, and the temperature of evaporator is controlled by the system pressure in two-phase zone. For peltier better working, two schemes are presented and each refrigerating output are calculated and analyzed. At last, comparing various factors, the best scheme is put forward.
