【Abstract】 The building of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area is one of the necessary requirements of international economic integration as well as the requirement of enhances the economic cooperation of both sides.In order to share the welfares of regional economic integration,the building of CAFTA has been put into effect.However,at present both China and ASEAN countries are labor-oriented and harsh competitions still exist.Will China and ASEAN get benefits from the building of CAFTA?
