中国蝠蛾属一新种(鳞翅目,蝙蝠蛾科)

【摘要】 记述了分布于中国西藏林芝地区色季拉山的蝠蛾属1新种,即蒲氏蝠蛾Hepialus pui sp.nov.。模式标本保存在中山大学标本馆。

【Abstract】 One new species of the genus Hepialus,H. pui sp. nov is described from Tibet of China. The type specimens of the new species are deposited in the Biological Museum of Sun Yat-sen University, Guangzhou, China.Hepialus pui sp. nov. (Figs.1-13)Body length 11-15?mm, forewing length 15-20?mm, hindwing length 10-13?mm.The new species is similar to H. yadongensis Chu et Wang in appearance, but differs from the latter in the wing venation and male genitalia: 1) the Cu2 of the former forewing is short, and there are 2 cross vein between Cu2 and A (Fig.9); the Cu2 of the latter forewing is long, and there is only 1 cross vein between Cu2 and A; 2) A and Cu2 of the former hindwing are combined into one (Fig.10); A and Cu2 of the latter hindwing are separately; 3) the former clasper (Fig.12) with a smooth inner side and a sharp sclerotized hamulus at the end part; lower part of bootlike tegumen sclerotized strongly and with a big sharp and many small toothlike protuberance; the latter sclerotized strongly and serrate, the lower part sharp; 4) the former cardo concave (Fig.11); the latter columniform.Eytmology. This new species is named after Professor PU Zhe-Long, a famous entomologist in China. Holotype ♂, paratypes 33 ♂♂ , 40 ♀♀ ,Linzhi Disdrict of Tibet, China (4?100 -5?000?m, 29°37′N, 94°37′E), 5 July 2006, coll. GONG Ying.
