【Abstract】 This paper deals with Ceropria Castelnau et Brullé from China.Two new species are described,viz.C.variabilies sp.nov.(Guangxi)and C.punctata sp.nov.(Yunnan).A key to known species is provided.The type specimens of new species are deposited in the Museum of Hebei University.1 Ceropria variabilies sp.nov.(Figs.2-17,45)Body length:♂8.5-9.0mm,♀9-11mm,width:♂4-5mm,♀4.0-4.5mm.This species is similar to C.induta(Wiedemann,1819)in appearance,but can be distinguished from the latter by following characters:protonal widest at the base,with golden-green color shining at the lateral sides;elytra with about 60 punctures in 4th punctato-striae(about 80 for the latter),with back ground color bluerish-green.Etymology.This new species refers to the color of its pronotum and elytra.Holotype ♂,Huaping,Longsheng,Guangxi,15 Oct.2005,WANG Ji-Liang,GAO Chao leg.Paratypes:3♂♂,17♀♀,same as the holotype.2 Ceropria punctata sp.nov.(Figs.18-33,46)Body length:♂9.0-10.5mm,♀8.5-9.0mm,width:♂4.5-5.0mm,♀4-5mm.This species is similar to C.induta(Wiedemann,1819)in appearance,but can be distinguished from the latter by the pronotum with lateral sides iridescent;elytra with deeper punctato-striae,punctures in rows on elytra denser(14 punctures in a central 1mm of 3rd row,10-12 ones for the latter),about 70 punctures in 4th punctato-striae on elytra(about 80 for the latter).Etymology.This new species refers to its deep punctato-striae of elytra.Holotype ♂,Mengding,Gengma,Yunnan,6 or 7 Aug.2004,LI Jing,YUAN Cai-Xia leg.Paratypes:13♂♂,9♀♀,same as the holotype.更多还原
