隧道及地下工程设计系统的风险管理
Risk Management in Tunnel and Underground Engineering Design System
【摘要】 将隧道及地下工程设计系统的风险管理工作分为预可行性研究、工程可行性研究、方案优化研究、初步设计、施工图设计、运营组织维护设计6道“管理门(SS-Gate)”。通过为每道管理门设置相应的风险管理任务和分配风险管理工作内容,建立了“隧道及地下工程设计系统的风险管理体系(SS- Gate System)”。并举例介绍如何在隧道及地下工程设计过程中进行风险分析。
【Abstract】 The tunnel and underground engineering design system are divided into 6“SS-Gate”s of pre-feasi- bility study,engineering feasibility study,scheme optimization study,preliminary design,construction drawing design and operational maintenance design.“Risk Management System of Tunnel and Under- ground Engineering Design System (SS-gate System)”is established through offering of the corre- sponding risk management task and the distribution of the risk management working contents for each gate.And an engineering case is given to demonstrate how to apply the risk analysis in the design process of tunnel and underground engineering.
