【摘要】 目的探讨颅颌面嵌入性骨折的诊疗原则和方法。方法对2002年7月至2006年7月34例颅颌面嵌入性骨折患者进行治疗,对其手术治疗方案及疗效进行分析总结。结果所有手术患者的容貌及功能均显著改善。结论CT及三维重建技术对颅颌面嵌入性骨折的诊治具有重要的参考价值;颅腔嵌入性骨折应根据有无功能障碍和凹陷畸形决定治疗方案,眶腔和上颌窦嵌入性骨折均应尽早手术治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the principles and methods for diagnosing and treating the cranial-maxillofacial embedding fractures. Methods Thirty-four cases with cranial-maxillofacial embedding fractures were admitted and treated from July 2002 to July 2006 in our hospital. The diagnosis, treatment and prognosis were reviewed and analyzed. Results All the patients remarkably obtained normal appearances and sound function. Conclusion CT and 3D reconstruction can supply much significant references to the diagnosis and treatment of cranial-maxillofacial embedding fractures. According to the severity of the deformity and dysfunction, the cranial embedding fractures should be treated with or without operations. All the orbital and maxillary embedding fractures should be treated with operations as soon as possible.更多还原
