【Abstract】 The general characteristics of information flow and material flows in the circlic economic system,especially the impacts of the circlic economy on environment and the environmental information,were analyzed.The theories and methodology of environmental informatics were discussed briefly.Then a more particular analysis of the content,function of environmental informatics oriented-circlic economy and particular issues in the research activities of environmental informatics were dealt with.更多还原
