【Abstract】 To analyze the benefit quantitatively,this paper establishes the benefit appraisal index system of the fuel proportion adjustment and provides the weight of every index.After having the datum,we carry on empirical study.The outcome shows the weight of social benefit,environmental benefit and secure benefit is almost equal and the weight of economic benefit is more predominant when we choose the proposal.更多还原
