【摘要】 技术创新是一种具有探索性、创造性的技术经济活动,存在着极大的风险性.正确评估技术创新风险的损失程度,不仅有利于企业对技术创新风险进行防范,而且可以提高技术创新的成功率及经济效益.技术创新风险事件损失程度可通过类决策树法、集值统计法和转换法,估计其最小估计损失额、预期损失额和最大估计损失额,利用0-1整数规划模型计算技术创新项目的风险损失额.实例表明,技术创新风险损失程度估计方法可靠度较高,具有实用价值.更多还原

【Abstract】 Technology innovation is a technological and economic activity that is groping and creative,which bears tremendous risks.The loss degree of technology innovation risk is evaluated correctly,not only being advantageous to enterprises to prevent the technology innovation risk,but also being able to raise the success rate and technology benefit of technology innovation.The loss degree of the technology innovation risk affair can be estimated with the least estimate loss sum,the expectation loss sum and the biggest estimate loss sum through the analogy decision tree method,set-value statistics method and conversion method.The risk loss sum of technology innovation item may be calculated through the 0-1 integer programming model.The applied example indicates that the estimate methods about loss degree of the technology innovation risk are highly reliable and have the practical value.更多还原
