三元复合体系中聚合物弹性影响因素分析
Analysis of influential factors of elasticity of ASP compound system
【摘要】 应用德国HAAKE公司生产的RS-150H型流变仪,对1275和1255两种聚合物溶液弹性效应进行系统的测试,分析聚合物溶液、盐、二价离子和表面活性剂质量浓度及温度等因素对三元复合体系中聚合物弹性的影响.实验结果表明:随着聚合物质量浓度的增加,聚合物的弹性增强;随着盐、二价离子质量浓度的增加,聚合物的弹性减弱;随着表面活性剂质量浓度的增加,聚合物的弹性略有下降;温度的变化对聚合物弹性的影响不大.
【Abstract】 The elasticity property of 1275 and 1255 model polymer solution is tested systematically by using RS-150H rheometer produced by HAAKE corporation in Germany,the effects of polymer solution mass concentration、salt mass concentration、bivalent ion、mass concentration、surfactant mass concentration and temperature on elasticity property of polymer are analyzed.The results of research show that the elasticity property of polymer is strengthened with the increase of polymer solution mass concentration,the elasticity property of polymer is weakened with the increase of salt mass concentration and bivalent ion mass concentration,the elasticity property of polymer is weakened slightly with the increase of surfactant mass concentration,the elasticity property of polymer is affected slightly with the change of temperature.
