【Abstract】 Mass incident is one of the current actions of our country,which does not accord with the present social norm and it is a disharmonic phenomenon in the social relations.The continual occurrence of mass incidents is the reflection of social contradictory.The massive mass incidents have caused certain harms to the society and have affected the social stability.As far as the present construction of socialist harmonious society is concerned,the effective control of social conflicts is to form a fair,reasonable and ordered society in a positive cycle,emphasizing social fairness.Therefore social fairness is the premises,core and value orientation of the harmonious society construction.更多还原
