基于EKF相位增益校正的无传感器BLDCM速度控制
Sensorless Speed Control for BLDCM with Correction of Phase and Gain Based on EKF
【摘要】 通过实验验证了无刷直流电机其反电势为正弦波,因此,非线性观测方程可以通过泰勒级数线性化。在扩展卡尔曼滤波(EKF)估计直流无刷电机转子位置和速度的基础上,对由于端电压检测电路低通特性造成的相位滞后和幅度畸变按转速的不同进行校正,大大提高了转子位置和速度估计的准确性,与电机运行特性媲美具有位置传感器控制。
【Abstract】 Back-EMF of brushless DC motor is proved to be sinusoidel wave through experiment,nonlinearity of measure equation can be linearised by Taylor series.The rotator′s phase and speed of brushless DC motor were estimated based on extended Kalman filter.Lag of phase and distortion of amplitude were made by circuit of phase voltage measurement,which is corrected by variety of speed.The position and speed were estimated more precisely,so motor rotates as smoothly as controller with position sensor.
