【摘要】 采用晶闸管调压的直流电源较饱和电抗器调压的电源具有较快动态响应速度,而且可通过电流闭环控制,获得较高的控制精度。对SIMADYND控制器的应用进行深入研究,将其用于对大功率电弧加热器电源的控制,实现了稳压、稳流和顺序控制等功能。试验结果表明该控制器性能优越、工作可靠,可以满足电弧加热器的控制要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 DC supply,which uses thyristor to regulate voltage,has faster dynamic response characteristic than the supply using saturated-reactor.Moreover the former has higher control precision than the later due to the adoption of closed-loop thyristor current control.The application of SIMADYN D controller was deeply researched.The controller,with which the voltage stabilizer,current stabilizer and sequential control strategy are realized,was used to control a high-power arc heater.Experimental results show that the controller is of perfect performance and runs reliably,and can fulfill the requirement of the arc heater control.更多还原
