【Abstract】 Ultrasonic motor has many advantages different from the traditional motors.These advantages let it will be used widely in the future.But its driving circuit used today is complicated and expensive which limit the industrial application of ultrasonic motor.A low-cost driving circuit for ultrasonic motor was introduced.The experimental results prove that,the design is correct and easy to be implemented.更多还原
