不同工况和粒径下飞灰孔隙结构的实验研究

【摘要】 通过氮气等温吸附(77 K)方法对不同燃烧工况下燃煤电厂排放的不同粒径飞灰的孔隙结构进行了测试、分析,并通过BET法计算了其比表面积。低压下的吸附等温线和高压下的脱附等温线分别用HK方法和BJH方法解析。结果表明:飞灰的比表面积和孔容积随着氧浓度和钙硫比的增加而增大,随着煤焦比的减小而增大;随着粒径的减小,飞灰孔隙结构变得发达,特别是粒径小于2.5μm时,比表面积、孔容积明显增大。

【Abstract】 With the aid of the N2 isothermal(77 K) adsorption method,the porous structure of fly ash,of different granular sizes,emitted in coal fired power plants,under different combustion conditions,were tested and analyzed with their specific surface areas calculated by the BET method.Adsorption isotherms under low,and desorption isotherms under high pressure conditions,were studied with HK and BJH methods.Results show,that the ash particles’ specific surface area,as well as their pore volume,increase with rising oxygen concentration,rising calcium to sulfur ratio and reducing coal to coke ratio;on the other hand with reducing granular size,especially when below 2.5 μm,the porous structure gets more developed,causing specific surface area and pore volume to rise rapidly.
