一种可调节自适应煤粉燃烧器的数值模拟
Numerical Simulation of an Adjustable Self-adaptive Pulverized Coal Burner
【摘要】 提出一种可调节自适应煤粉燃烧器。该燃烧器将一次风分为内外两部分,外一次风为旋流射流,具有能够产生回流区,增加煤粉颗粒在着火区停留时间以及卷吸高温烟气强化着火和稳燃特性;内一次风为直流射流,具有刚性较强,气流穿透度大的特性。采用CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)软件对该燃烧器在一定的二次风旋流强度、不同外一次风旋流强度下的燃烧特性如速度场、温度场、氧浓度场、碳浓度分布以及着火特性进行了数值模拟,结果表明外一次风旋流强度对燃烧器燃烧特性有重要影响。当外旋流一次风的旋流强度在0.56~0.88之间时,其燃烧特性变化剧烈。图14表1参4
【Abstract】 A kind of self-adaptive pulverized coal burner is being proposed,which has its primary air divided into two parts;the outer part swirls and creates recirculation,which causes coal particles to linger for a longer time in the ignition zone and carry along with it high temperature gas,therewith intensifying ignition and stabilizing combustion,while the inner part of primary air flows straight ahead,forcefully and penetratingly.The velocity,temperature and oxygen concentration distribution field,as well as the ignition process,are numerically simulated with computational Fluid Dynamic(CFD) software for a certain fixed primary air flow and varying secondary air flow.Results indicate that the swirling intensity of secondary air’s outer port exerts a strong influence on the burner’s combustion characteristics,which varies tempestuously in primary air’s swirl number range 0.56<Ω<0.88.Figs 14,table 1 and refs 4.
