【Abstract】 With rapid development of Internet, download engines have been playing increasingly important roles in surfing the Internet. By using JavaScript interacted with IE and background downloading, in this paper, we implement a download engine via the Web. The combination of Web with download engines makes the process from resource searching to resource obtaining an integration.
