【Abstract】 Based on the construction of practice section of the course, Computer Organization Principles, aiming at improving students’ practice technique, summarizing teaching experiences, applying the digital circuit designing method and technique, considering the feasibility, a kind of realizing plan of Sequential Circuit Binary Multiplier is designed.
