白芥自交亲和性分析

【摘要】 对不同来源的8份白芥材料,采用人工自交法分析其自交亲和性。结果显示:白芥的自交亲和性存在较大幅度的变异,自交亲和指数在0.01~4.10之间,8份参试材料中,自交亲和指数小于1的材料有3个,自交亲和指数大于1的材料有5个。表明白芥中存在自交亲和材料,白芥自交亲和性变异不仅存在于材料间,而且也存在于同一材料内不同个体间。按自交亲和指数的高低,可将参试材料分为3种类型:高自交亲和类型(自交亲和指数大于3.00,如民乐洪水芥麻、04(X)等)、自交亲和类型(自交亲和指数为1.00~2.99)、自交不亲和类型(自交亲和指数0.00~1.00)。

【Abstract】 The self-compatibility of 8 cultivars or lines of S.alba(L.)Boiss from different ecological origins were tested by applying the self-pollination method.The results showed that self-compatibility of S.alba varied among the cultivars,and the average self-compatibility indexes of all the materials were between 0.01~4.10.The differences of self-compatibility were detected among the materials and the individuals in the same materials.The self-compatibility index of three materials was below 1.00.The average self-compatibility index ranged within 0.01~0.37.The self-compatibility index of other five materials excess 1.00.They are Minlehongshuijiema,04(X),Wuweimaojiao,Minlehuangjiema and Lintaobaijie.The average self-compatibility index was 1.23~4.10.The plants which self-compatibility index below 1.00 was not found in these materials and one plant named Minlehongshuijiema-12 self-compatibility index reached 6.36.According to their self-compatibility index,the cultivars in this study could be divided into three groups,the high self-compatibility group with the self-compatibility index excess 3.00,the self-compatibility group with the self-compatibility index 1.00~2.99 and the self-incompatibility group with the self-compatibility index below 1.00.The results showed that it is possible for selecting pure cultivars/lines with self-compatibility in S.alba.
