【Abstract】 In the realization of multimedia teaching system,the real-time transmission in treaming media is the key issue.Aiming at the open-loop characteristics of UDP,the paper presents a simple TCP-friendly congestion/rate control arithmetic and realizes a peaceful and friendly coexistence between UDP and TCP data stream.The arithmetic is also applied to the transmission module of multimedia teaching system and achieved a good effect.更多还原
