【摘要】 [目的]观察小剂量冷沉淀治疗鼻出血的临床疗效。[方法]将120例鼻出血患者随机分成两组,治疗组应用小剂量冷沉淀,对照组应用复方薄荷油。[结果]小剂量冷沉淀对鼻出血治疗有效率为80%,复方薄荷油对照组有效率为56.67%,两者相比有显著性差异(P<0.01)。[结论]小剂量冷沉淀对鼻出血治疗效果优于复方薄荷油。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To observe the clinic efficacy of CYRO in the treatment of epistaxis.[Methods]We randomly divided 120 cases with epistaxis into two groups,treated with CYRO and nebula menthoence compositim,respectively.[Results] The effective rate was 80% treated with CYRO and that of the control group was 56.67%(P<0.01).[Conclusion] Compared with control group,CYRO is more effective for treatment of epistaxis.更多还原
