【摘要】 针对东北电力调度交换网存在着接续速度慢、不能实现自动路由迂回和故障自动诊断的现状,提出调度交换数字组网的设计方案。本方案在满足需求、经济合理、安全可靠的原则指导下,根据东北电网的实际情况,对网络结构、路由设计、调度机组网编号方案和信令、调度机组网功能进行了规划安排。该方案实现了全网透明传输、路由自动迂回、故障自动定位,为改善通信话音质量、提高通信速率、保证电网安全起到积极的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Facing the problems of low connection rate and lack of function of automatic trouble shooting in Northeast China power dispatching exchange network, this paper puts forward a scheme of digital networking. It introduces the network structure, route design, numbering and signaling of dispatching exchangers as well as the networking function etc. After the implementation of the scheme, the functions of transparent transmission, automatic route looping and trouble shooting will be realized, the voice quality and the transmission rate will also be improved.更多还原
