内点法在偶对潮流优化中的应用
Application of Interior Point Method in Optimization of Coupling Pair Power Flow
【摘要】 当前东北区域电力市场改革试点正处在日前交易开放前阶段,其日调度计划的优化不仅要处理常规约束等一般性问题,而且具有其特殊性,既要保证完成各竞价电厂中长期合同交易分解到日的电能量,又要满足各竞价电厂日负荷率彼此相等,以体现调度上的公平。针对该问题,建立了日前交易开放前的日调度计划优化模型,利用原—对偶内点法在处理大量常规不等式约束方面的优势,提出将时段偶对解耦方法与原—对偶内点法有机结合,前者处理特殊性问题,后者处理一般性问题,优势互补,使优化算法能较贴切地适应该类日调度计划优化模型的特点和需要。数值算例表明,该方法简洁、有效。
【Abstract】 In the regional electrical market of Northeast China, before day-ahead transaction being opened, the optimization of daily dispatch scheduling not only deals with the universal problems, such as normal constraint conditions, but also has its own particularity that the daily electricity decomposed from yearly or monthly bided must be ensured, as well as the equivalency of load rate of each power plant, to embody the impartiality. For this problem, the model of daily dispatch scheduling before day-ahead transaction being opened is built. Because of the advantage of primal-dual interior point algorithm in dealing with the constraint of inequality, combining time coupling pair decoupling method with primal-dual interior point algorithm, the peculiar problems are dealt by the first method, and the universal problems are dealt by the second, to achieve the mutual supplement of advantages. This optimization algorithm appropriately adapts to the character and requirement of this model. The result of typical example shows the concision and availability of this method.
