复合空心绝缘子的发展现状与应用前景
Present Situation of Development and Application Prospect for Composite Hollow Insulator
【摘要】 通过对复合空心绝缘子的制造工艺、关键制造技术及应用前景的分析,指出复合空心绝缘子应解决伞裙设计、密封设计、均压结构设计和过程检测等问题,并应积极研发1000kV特高压交流和±800kV直流输电工程用复合空心绝缘子。
【Abstract】 Through the analysis of manufacturing status, technology structure, key manufacturing technologies and the application prospect for composite hollow insulator, it is pointed out that the problems of composite hollow insulator should be solved such as the design of petticoat, sealed, equalizing structure, and process detection, and the composite hollow insulator of 1 000 kV UHVAC and ±800 kV UHVDC project should be positively studied and developed.
