±800kV直流输电工程用换流变压器主绝缘结构的研究
Study on Main Insulation System of Converter Transformer for ±800kV HVDC Power Transmission Project
【摘要】 确定了±800kV直流输电工程中处于最高端的换流变压器的主绝缘结构,对在交流、直流和极性反转试验电压下其等位线及电场分布情况进行了分析与计算。根据±500kV换流变压器的设计、制造和试验经验,考虑工艺偏差,对±800kV换流变压器产品的交流电场、直流电场和极性反转电场的许用值建议采用保守值,并应高于±500kV换流变压器的绝缘设计裕度,其值最好大于1.3。为开发设计出±800kV换流变压器产品打下了技术基础。
【Abstract】 The main insulation system of converter transformer in highest end for ±800kV HVDC power transmission project was determined, the equal-potential lines and the distribution condition of electric field under AC, DC and reverse polarity test voltage were analyzed and calculated. According to experiences of design, manufacturing and testing of ±500kV converter transformer considering technology deviation, the conservative and allowable value of electric field of AC, DC and reverse polarity for ±800kV converter transformer was suggested, which should be higher than the margin of ±500kV converter transformer insulation design, its value had better be larger than 1.3. This study established the technical foundation for developing and design of ±800 kV converter transformer.
