建立有效机制 培养学生的创新实践能力
Establishing Effective Mechanism to Cultivate Innovation and Practice Ability of Collegian
【摘要】 为培养适应21世纪社会发展的创新人才,高等院校必须建立有效机制保证创新教育的有效开展.从树立与创新教育相适应的现代教育观念、优化教师队伍、构建科学合理的实践教育教学体系、建立有效载体等几个方面对保证创新教育的有效机制进行了探讨.
【Abstract】 For cultivating innovative talent to adapt the development of 21th century,the effective mechanism must be established to support innovative education in universities.Effective mechanism to support innovative education in setting modern education conception adapting to innovative education,optimizing teaching team,constracting saentifie and reasonable practice teaching system,establishing effective carriers are discussed in this paper.
