某电厂深层搅拌桩处理填土地基效果试验研究

【摘要】 湖南常德地区某电厂冷却塔、烟囱等建(构)筑物地段位于深层填方区,并且该工程对地基承载力要求高,工期要求紧。结合实际工程情况,针对填土地基的工程性质,对深层搅拌法加固此类深层填土地基的适用性进行了试验研究。在试验的基础上,确定了搅拌施工工艺的孔位间距、提升速度、搅拌次数等搅拌大面积施工参数,同时采用静力触探、低应变测试、标贯、平板荷载试验、抽芯等手段对桩身水泥土搅拌的均匀性、桩体完整性、单桩竖向承载力和复合地基承载力进行了检验,得到了一些有益的结论。

【Abstract】 the cooling tower and chimney structures of an electric power plant of Wuhan region locate filled up ground,the project is short of time,and the structures are higher strict with bearing capacity.Considering the engi- neering properties of filled up ground underlying it,deep mixing method is adopted to improving filled up ground. On the base of results of field tests,large-area deep mixing construction parameters are determined,and the static cone penetration test(CPT),low strain test,standard penetration test(SPT),plant loading test(PLT)and rod sounding methods are used to inspecting the soil cement uniformity,pile integrality,and bearing capacity of single pile and composite foundation.In the end,some useful conclusions are obtained.
