调试阶段预防锅炉受热面爆漏的对策
Countermeasures to Boiler Heating Surface Blow-out Leakage Prevention in Trial Run
【摘要】 分析了从设备分部试转到整套启动的调试过程中引起锅炉受热面过热超温、冲蚀的可能性,并提出了预防对策。建议过热器、再热器在特定条件下可以不酸洗。
【Abstract】 This paper analyses possibilities of boiler heating surface overheat and erosion during partial to full trial run. Preventive measures, which suggest that superheater, reheater do not have to be acid washed under specific conditions, are also proposed.
