【Abstract】 Patent pool is an effective entity in which different patentor licenses the patent rights they owned each other,or they license their patent rights to the third party.Patent pool will form the stronger exclusive right and control the market economy of the country further.So it becomes a key problem that the country must settle as soon as possible.This article introduced the regulation and rule about patent pool of other countries and analyzed the concrete situation of our country and proposed the appropriate suggestion to regulate the patent pool by antitrust law.更多还原
